Among its many programs, BCF runs a youth program in China that is working with education administration and education institutes to train trainers of entrepreneurship for vocational schools and introduce the entrepreneurship course into their curriculum. It is expected that these trainers/teachers will motivate these young students to take interests in learning and entrepreneurs.

To equip people to develop with dignity and to inspire them to help others.

     1. Introducing Bright China entrepreneurship course in the curriculum of vocational schools, training quality certified trainers who provide entrepreneurship training; 

     2. Raising students' awareness of entrepreneurs and training their skills, building their confidence and social responsibilities, enhancing their capacity to adapt to the society; and

     3. Developing entrepreneurship training in a sustainable way through partnership with other players.

     6.  Successful youth employment interventions

      1. Youth Program:  BCF trains trainers who then will motivate young students to take interests in learning and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, follow-up support is being given to students to facilitate their job hunting and entrepreneurs initiatives.
