2. Mission and Objectives

To counter the global problem of youth unemployment and its political, economic and social consequences by means of financial and technical assistance in the framework of direct or indirect youth training and employment programmes, both in urban and rural areas; to increase international awareness and attain synergy effects through alliances and especially cooperation with the United Nations.

HOPE’87-Bangladesh works for creation youth employment and self employment opportunities through skilled training, providing information and resources. HOPE’87 also work on disaster and natural calamities by providing emergency relief and rehabilitation.HOPE’87-Bangladesh always encourages and motivates young people to involve community development voluntary activities in passing their leisure time as out of school work.

     1. Vocational, technical and professional training.

     3. Promotion of small enterprise through management training, star up and investment credit.
     4. Support of public and private information and consulting bodies and networking system.    
     5. Diversifying, stabilising, and improving ecologically sustainable production through adequate resource protection, education and specialized training of young small scale farmers.
