IBL plans to expand its programme, of promoting ethical business practices, to include good corporate citizenship or known also as corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues. New programmes recently undertaken by IBL such as the youth entrepreneur development (YES) programme, and Partnership for Sustainable Development initiatives are examples of this transformation

6.     Successful youth employment interventions

1. Young Entrepreneurs Start-up (YES): For further information on Young Entrepreneurs Start-up (YES)  programme, visit www.ibl.or.id/en/yes/html/home.php

2. Youth Economic Empowerement (YEE): This project aims at increasing youth household economic security in rural districts of Grobogan, in Central Java, through the provision of life skills, technical and vocational training, entrepreneurship training and business mentoring. The project will focus especially on women with a target of 80% women participants. For further information on Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE), visit http://plan-international.org/ 

3. Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Initiative (YEEI): part of a global network in the Education and Employment Alliance (EEA) implemented by the International Youth Foundation (IYF) and funded by USAID. This programme is implemented in Egypt, Morocco, India, Pakistan, the Philippines and Indonesia. The project in Indonesia has focused on Java and Bali providing life skills, employability training, job creation and entrepreneurship training.
