To provide sustainable employment opportunities for educated youth in Kerala.
1. To facilitate youth in securing sustainable employment opportunities;
2. To foster economic development by creating jobs for the poor;
3. To identify innovative areas to set up micro enterprises for the youths from BPL families; and
4. To provide support and mentoring services to a new generation of entrepreneurs.

1. Entrepreneurial trainings and refresher courses provided to youth ages 18 to 35;
2. The provision of financial subsidies to group and individual entrepreneurs; and
3. The use of Micro Enterprise Consultants to identify entrepreneurs and help prepare and monitor bankable projects.
