Mission: Provide sustainable employment in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing jobs located in rural areas for over 100,000 youth by 2020.
Objectives:
1. Provide youth with job skills for successful employment in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) jobs;
2. Bring KPO jobs to rural youth so that they do not need to migrate to the cities;
3. Focus on providing opportunities for people with disabilities or those from low-income families; and
4. Place trained youth in KPO jobs within the RuralShore centres.
