The Small Business Enterprise Centre or SBEC was formally established under the control of the (Western) Samoa Small Business Enterprise Development Trust, incorporated under the Charitable Trust Act 1965 of Western Samoa. As part of its training portfolio, SBEC also delivers SIYB training to youths in Samoa. SBEC has one certified SIYB Trainer.
