To foster a greater participation of youth in development and provide a voice for young Cambodians.

     1. To build up the ability of youth to participate in development of all sectors. Instill youth knowledge to upgrade social justice, national interest as priority, and adhering to democratic principle and especially instill youth to adore Nation, Religion and King.
     2. To build up good relationship and cooperation with national and international organizations and other concerned institutions to promote the roles of youth in development. 
     3. To motivate society to pay greater attention on youth issues by encouraging and supporting Cambodian youth activities.
     4. To build up youth networks and coordinate youth activities countrywide.

     6. Successful youth employment interventions

Youth Festival: Provides organizations with a platform to explain their services for youth and provides youth with the chance to experience and expose themselves to various trainings, interactive activities, competitions and entertaining activities. Interactive activities are conducted through workshops, trainings, scholarships and employment.

Annual Youth Conference: Brings together over 300 young people from at least nine different target provinces throughout Cambodia to meet and exchange knowledge on community work with one another. Those young people are active youth network who have been very much involved themselves in community development in their respective provinces through the encouragement and guidance of each YCC’s provincial representative.
