Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP)
YRDP is a unique, local, youth organization focused specifically on university youth who demonstrate the potential for future leadership and the ability to drive positive, social change. YRDP provides non-formal education inspired by Paulo Freire and social dialogue in order to empower the youth of Cambodia.

2. Mission and objectives
To strengthen Cambodian youth by developing their social conscience and enabling them to take responsibility for their own future and the future of their family, society and country. Increasing knowledge, skills, confidence and social network.
1. Provide training on how to get and create a job
2. Provide training on the environment with a focus on extractive industries and climate change.
3. Conduct public fora on: Extractive industries, climate change, Khmer Rouge History and social issues affecting youth
4. Organize critical dialogues and radio program on youth participation in politics, peace building, Khmer Rouge history and tribunal, extractive industries, climate change, youth issues and participation.
