Solomon Island Trainers Certified in Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB)

On completing the Sub-Regional TOT for SIYB in October 2008, like other trainers from the Sub-Regiona, local Solomon Island trainers further underwent a training programme for certification under the guidance of an ILO Consultant and Master Trainer in their respective countries. The two weeks training to certify local Solomon Islands trainers was held in Honiara on 13-19th June 2009. The certification criteria included, among other things, mastery of the subject, organisation of training, delivery of the training and feedback from trainees.
