Journal of Business Systems, Governance and Ethics, Vol. 5, No. 2, 2011 - The main focus of the study is on measuring factors affecting Entrepreneurial Intentions among business students in Pakistan. Apart from demographics, this study is particularly focused on personal attraction, perceived social norms and perceived social behavior. The paper is based on systematic sampling methodology and targets the business graduates and nascent entrepreneurs. The study will provide useful implications for educational institutions within the field of business and management, and off course for government policy makers.
