This regional report studies the characteristics of youth employment programs in Asia and the Pacific, describes popular interventions and their labor market impacts whenever evaluation evidence is available. Section B describes the methodology used to compile and assess
the interventions. Coverage of the inventory by category of intervention, targeting and financing is presented in Section C. Section D discusses the quality of the information and evaluations while section E assess the quality of the interventions in terms of the programs impact on employment and earnings. Conclusions are drawn in Section F.
